The continuous work of branches allowed
considerably expanding the clientele base and increasing the
total number of customers to 602.6 thousand,
or by over 40% in 2004.

Significant growth of number of served
clientele falls on the retail customers; during 2004 their
number increased from 382 thousand in 2003 to 527.3
thousand, or by 37%.

The above-said reflects the fulfillment
of one of strategic tasks of the Bank - development of retail
services.
